| My life since graduation: As was my plan, I enrolled at GA. Tech after graduation but determined engineering was not my forte. I transferred to the U. of Tennessee, Knox. and received a B.S. in Business Admin. in 1966. After a stint in the U.S. Navy, I went back to U.T.K. and received an M.B.A. I met and married a wonderful girl from LaFollette, Tn., Melinda Eblen, in 1965. We are still enjoying life together and have one terrific daughter. She graduated from U.T.K. last year and is now working in Chattanooga at Memorial Hospital. I am currently working in the propane gas business and have been since 1996. Prior to that, I worked for TVA and was in the coal business. In my spare time I have been an instructor for business courses at Covenant College. I would really like to attend the reunion but have a conflict. I do plan to try to visit the reunion late on Saturday evening. |
