I know I just arrived here night before last
But, please Lord I have a big favor to ask
I need to send a message to those that I love
And it must have pizzazz from heaven above
God summoned the angels, friends and family too
And then we discussed just what we should do
It was agreed by us all to use birds of prey
To cheer up my loved ones on that very sad day
I was filled with joy and happiness to see
Two Hawks residing in Hollywood Cemetery
How perfect, Dear Lord, thank you so much
They were so close they could almost reach up
and touch
They all looked with amazement from under the
tent
Beholding the message from heaven we had sent
The male hawk was perched on top a mausoleum
The female below so we knew they would see them
The service ended with quite an encore
I had no idea they would entertain us some more
The male hawk swooped down then flew into a tree
Such and awesome sight for my friends and family
I was thrilled and excited and so very happy
For heaven was just such a fun place to be
I knew for my birthday they would be there again
We'd plan another surprise for September 10
We were singing and cheering, I could hardly
wait
For everyone to arrive on this very special date
They came with balloons to release high above
It was now time to send another message of love
My Smack Down team stood around my gravesite
And then they looked upward much to my delight
They saw my two hawks circling high in the sky
And not even one of them had to wonder why
It wasn't very long before I knew once again
A message from heaven must be sent down to them
When mom and dad made a decision to move
I had to let them all know that I would approve
They chose Mathews County real close to the Bay
A house with pizzazz needless to say
The day was beautiful, the sky blue and bright
And looking skyward a hawk circled in flight
You must know by now I am always close by
So think of my messages when tempted to cry
I'm up here in heaven and I'll watch over you
Just remain faithful to Jesus in all that you do
